Loudoun County is situated at the crossroads of rural and suburban living, blending the modern-day commercial world with beautiful scenery and a historically agrarian economy. Through the early 1990s and today, Loudoun has been among the fastest growing counties in the nation. With this has come prosperity as well as some expected growing pains: transportation challenges, a government workspace shortage, and a growing need for a central defining civic destination. LCTC’s proposal for the Loudoun Civic and Transit Center at Moorefield Station treats each of these needs in a well-planned, cost-effective and lasting fashion – a solution for the 21st Century.
