INTRODUCTION
Loudoun Civic and Transit Center, LLC (LCTC) has been formed to develop the project and focus solely on meeting both the immediate and long term needs of the new Loudoun Civic and Transit Center (the Project or Civic and Transit Center). To meet these needs, LCTC has assembled a Development Team that includes some of the most qualified and well-respected firms in their fields.
